Shipping

Most shipping orders will process within 2-3 business days. (Monday-Friday.) Shipping charges are $6.50 per order. You will receive an email after your order is placed and again when your order has shipped.  Orders placed within the state of Texas will be charged Texas sales tax. 

Orders are shipped through USPS at this time and will take 1-5 business days to arrive once in transit.

Returns

Please review your order carefully and contact us before confirming your order if you have any questions. Shipping costs are not refundable. We can be reached by phone at 713.291.1171. (We are open Tuesday-Saturday 10 am to 4 pm, and Thursdays 10- 6 pm. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.) You can email info@renovatehouston.com at any time. 

We are happy to offer store credit on returns that are postmarked back to us within 10 days of the receipt of shipment. Items arriving after 10 days will not be eligible for store credit and will not be processed. If you are sending us a return, please email info@renovatehouston.com so that we can confirm your store credit and keep an eye out for the package. 

We'll be sure to carefully package your order, but in the event that is anything arrives damaged, please email info@renovatehouston.com and include pictures of the damaged item. Once we receive your email, we'll determine next steps.  Emails for damages MUST be received within 10 days of delivery date.  Anything received later than that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
