Most shipping orders will process within 2-3 business days. (Monday-Friday.) Shipping charges start at $6.00 per order and will vary based on weight and size. Because we are a small shop, some items cannot be shipped at this time. You will receive an email after your order is placed and again when your order has shipped. Orders placed within the state of Texas will be charged Texas sales tax.
Orders are shipped through USPS at this time and will take 1-5 business days to arrive once in transit.

We are happy to offer a full refund on returns that brought back to us within 7 days of the receipt of purchase. Items returned between 8-14 days after purchase will be eligible for store credit. Anything after 14 days of purchase cannot be returned and will not be processed. If you are sending us a shipping return, please email [email protected] so that we can keep an eye out for the package. We cannot cover the cost of shipment for returns. All jewelry can not be returned, no exceptions.
We'll be sure to carefully package your order, but in the event that is anything arrives damaged, please email [email protected] and include pictures of the damaged item. Once we receive your email, we'll determine next steps. Emails for damages MUST be received within 7 days of delivery date. Anything received later than that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
