We transformed a dark, serious English pub bench into an welcoming place to sit by painting it pimento.
These wicker antique chairs belonged to Cathy's grandparents and lived in their formal sitting room for over forty years. Cathy chose a bright blue lacquer, had them reupholstered with taupe and sliver velveteen, and put them in her sitting room for a more updated look.
Orange you glad we changed out this fabric?! The back of these vintage-style French arm chairs was reupholstered with an orange crushed velvet squiggle pattern.
We carry these burlap town and country stools in our studio, and they've been an instant hit. For an unexpected pop of color, Cathy swapped the burlap for an orange and cream geometric pattern. They coordinate with this antique rug (and our golden-retreiver, Tres).
These vintage pine spindle chairs underwent a glam transformation with a marine blue lacquer.
What a steal! These chairs were a flea-market find and just $10 each. Cathy promptly spruced them up with new upholstery and a fresh coat of ivory lacquer.
